Sure enough, our weather this week rapidly deteriorated. We decided that an afternoon in a nice warm bowling alley sounded like a good plan.

The pins didn't have much to fear, but the bumpers really got a workout.

Last Saturday's forcast looked like it was going to be one of the last beautiful days for a good long time. Mary and I decided to head out to Oxbow Park. Oxbow is a great county park with hiking trails and a nice little zoo. It's only about 10 miles from our house, so it's a fun place to visit when we want to play outside.

First Mary and I wandered around the zoo and she snapped some pictures:

Then we stopped at the park (where it appears that she levitated).

Then we went for a hike to see the beautiful trees and stomp on the crunchy leaves.

Halloween!

Halloween night was perfect for trick-or-treating and the girls hauled in record amounts of candy. Here's Liz dressed as a Candy Corn Witch and Mary is a Clone Trooper.

No More Shark Teeth

Mary had the coolest teeth-just like a shark. Our dentist, however thought they looked like trouble. The nice doctors at the Mayo Clinic helped Mary take a nap. While she was out, they took out 6 (!) teeth. The Tooth Fairy is coming to our house in a big way tonight!

Spring Concert

This is from the Spring Concert at school. Our littlest girl is wearing the orange tye dye shirt with the shiny mouse ears. This song is called "Help! I Need a Vacation"

Piano

Here's a snippet of our beautiful and talented daughter's piano recital:
